IMO, UNM would beat that point spread for the vast majority of those teams.
UNM runs the ball very well. They run the ball well despite the fact that everyone knows they're going to run the ball 2/3 of their snaps.
Yes, UNM is a decent team, and their strengths on O plays very well for limiting their opponent's scoring chances.
