I said the BSA would be destroyed because I think a significant number of churches and individuals who participate in the program would withdraw support. I don't think that's de facto bigotry.

No, not obtuse. You apparently would be at peace with the case had it been about promiscuity than just orientation, because somehow in your brain, one is bigoted and the other isn't.

If we followed that logic, the entire freedom to associate is just constitutional bigotry.
