Ode to Corned Beef
In honor of St. Patrick's Day. Okay, I'm not really going to write an ode. I'll just say that I typically make a corned beef during this week because I like it and it's always on sale at the grocery store. I did this last weekend, and now it's gone, and I am asking myself why I limit myself to corned beef one week per year. Delicious.
