En banc decision by 9th circuit is coming up, presumably on whether the 2nd Amendment is incorporated.
Right now there is a split between the 7th circuit (Sotomayor) who says that the 2nd Amendment only applies to District of Columbia and Congress, and 9th circuit panel that says it is in fact incorporated and applies to local and state govt.
Man, do I hate Obama and our Attorney General and Sotomayor, all of whom fervently wish to take away our 2nd amendment rights.
