It is simply a matter of moving the conversation forward in an orderly manner. I asked you a question multiple times, and, rather than answer, you started firing off random points in every other direction (indicating you don't really care to have an orderly reasonable discussion).
As for your question (I will take one last attempt at making this work), the Democrats ARE requiring people to have health insurance. That is why you are fined if you don't. I said I thought the penalty wasn't strict enough and asked for your opinion (and here we are, full circle, back at the question you have refused to answer).
