And I don't think Bronco suddenly enjoys recruiting or is out busting his balls recruiting.
For this reason alone I would like to see him replaced.

I agree that whatever improvement in recruiting we've seen last last year or so probably isn't sustainable if Bronco hasn't changed his basic philosophy about it. If he hasn't, then I agree it's probably time for him to move on.
