Go ahead and laugh, but with the inevitable premise for a year supply of food storage being what it is, clearly the endeavor would be superfluous if there were not stored close by a cache of deadly weapons and a year supply of ammo. Perhaps the components of a machine gun nest with many rounds of ammo to be installed on the roof would be in order. By the way, I don't necessarily disagree with the premise.
