I have taken heat for my stance on the honor code and it's enforcement at BYU. I have taken heat for trying to distinquish between counsel from the brethern and actual commandments. I could go on, but it just seems odd to me that I show up as more of an authoritarian than a lot of you.
Maybe I don't understand what it means to be an authoritarian. Is BYU actually a prime example of authoritarian rule or do I not understand the meaning of the word.

I'd have to see your answers, but if you were strong on punishment but did not question authority you would be seen as authoritarian. We didn't know you were a mullah in sheep's clothing.
