Boiled octopus had the same consistency as rubber, tasted very fishy and the suction cups on the tentacles would stick to your tongue briefly, then release making a loud popping sound.
Fresh squid (the entire thing) chopped and then fried on a grill. Smother it in the squid's ink and you're good to go.
