What I like about the kinds of options strategies I employee is that they are "active trading" but not "day trading". I basically do my analysis and plan any changes in positions, new positions, etc. in the evenings and if needed, enter some limit orders and that's it. And usually not even every day.
I spend maybe 5 hours a week on trading.
