In all honesty, this site has made me aware of something I had never bothered to even think about....i think many, like me, don't even think it is an issue. Obviously we are wrong.
Archaea, what will become of the perps? Fleeing the scene of an accident, felonious assault, shoot it sounds like a decent case of attempted murder, frankly....there arent many reasons to swerve and smash into someone on a bike. did the guy make bail or is he sitting in a tank somewhere?
