If he is offered the job at Kansas, he should definitely go.
1) There is zero chance he can be the HC at BYU because he is not Mormon....er, not LDS....er, not a member of the CHurch of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints.
2) Sitake may get fired himself pretty soon
3) BYU's ceiling for improvement with poor recruiting is not all that great.
On the other hand, if he thinks that Wilson is a star in the making, maybe he will ride that gravy chain for a while.
