It's just a hunch, not scientific. First, there are a large percentage of multi-generation Mormons with Schandinavian names. Also, Seattle was largely settled by Schandinavians, and there is still a strong ethinic heritage here among Schandinavians, and as I have visited Schandinavian bakeries, food stores, and museums over the years I often feel transported back to Utah. They eat the similar stuff, revere the same images of Jesus, similarly decorate, etc. That being said, it's hard to distinguish UK culture from mainstream American culture which is also prevalent in Mormon culture.
