I saw Ryan Sheckler skate at the Open in HB last summer. that kid is amazing. he did a cool trick called a Beni-Hana finger flip. Would have been cool to catch him when he was around 8 or 9.
I am 265 or so now. My kickflip comes and goes. Sometimes I can nail it with ease. Other times it's like you say, I kick the board out too far. I have this problem with any sort of heelflip attempt. I can't do that. I also can't ride switch at all. Which is why I could never do a big spin or anything without sliding out.

I've snapped a deck once. Busting an ollie down a 3 stair set.
