Help!!! I'm in charge of the 11yr old scouts in my ward. Any tips for what works?

I'm having visions of how I behaved during my time in scouts......a karmic ass kicking is coming my way.

Truthfully, I'm pretty intimidated by the calling; I want to make sure that the kids get off on the right foot.
