i bought a garage door opener.. after putting it all together and installing it, the sensors work, the key pad works, and it shuts and opens beautifully.. i'm sure it will add about 25k in equity to the house.
there is one big problem however, when i shut the garage, it mysteriously opens back up. i've read in the manual about adjusting the settings, but it's still not working. maybe i'll be able to figure out tomorrow when i'm not so tired..
