Well, I didn't reach my weight goal, but I did get a PR on my half yesterday. Beautiful weather, fast (and fun) course. I think it was only their second year running the race but I bet this turns into a big one--it has major potential, either as a wind-down from St George or a tune-up for Las Vegas, and the scenery is awesome.

And I did it on 3 runs a week--I love that program.
