I found that article interesting. I wouldn't really call it sad or "poor Michael Quinn." He seems to have found his niche as an outlier.
What else strikes me, reading this piece which was written sort of as a timeline, is that I was at BYU when all this went down (meaning the Sept Six, I guess). I don't recall it being part of the conversation there. SO either I was totally out to lunch (possible), or they really managed to public dialogue (scary). Maybe both. . .
Incidentally, what does it take to get back in after excommunication?
