Nah, the only thing emboldening that cretin from Iran is the fact that there are so many f'ing pussies in the world that are giving the US the finger because of the way the Iraq/AlQaeda war has gone on and on, and now the US is the big bad bully that is just picking on the citizens of Iraq as a occupying force, instead of being seen as a liberating force.
No way does the US attack Iran without some serious diplomacy first, and the rest of the world in agreement that somehting must be done.
