I go from low 40s to low 200s. But usually if I'm hovering above 180, I fall back quickly. It seems for my age that 160s or low 170s is an efficient long term maximum and I can go all day at 150.
One day when it was 120, we were climbing and I noticed my heartrate hit 205 and thought, "I wonder if this is healthy."
