I saw the documentary "This movie is not yet rated" where John Waters wondered aloud whether many of these urban dictionary gross outs are for real. He said (of felching, which you do not want to know what it is) "I don't know anybody who is that perverted. And I know A LOT of perverts."
Obviously he does not know Landpoke.
