Archaea, what will become of the perps? Fleeing the scene of an accident, felonious assault, shoot it sounds like a decent case of attempted murder, frankly....there arent many reasons to swerve and smash into someone on a bike. did the guy make bail or is he sitting in a tank somewhere?

The cops say that there was not a slam dunk case to arrest him for felony hit and run, so they know where he is, cited him and awaiting the decision of the DA.
If I weren't a cyclist, I'd be unaware, in all probability too. In the last six months, I've had four hit and run cases on cyclists. Each time the motorist was cited but each time the motorist was angry because the cyclist was simply there.
