This is sort of obvious, but you'll want to find a restaurant with valet parking; otherwise you'll need to factor taxi costs into the equation. I've been to San Francisco 11 times at last count and parking is near impossible.
Sorry though that I can't recommend high-end restaurants, but can tell you things about sight-seeing and that parking at the Giants ballpark is $30.
