I'm not too big on Pinks, but you're absolutely spot on about having to experience it.

I've had my fair share of Chano's and their burritos are great. My buddies and I used to call our food runs the triple crown: Philipe's, Tommy's and then topped off with a burrito from Chano's...good times.
