California is the only school that purportedly gives scholies for rugby, and has therefore dominated the sport, being in the title game most of the time.
Only BYU and Air Force from our natural conference have won titles. AFA won theirs in 2003. Utah has played in the title game losing to Cal.
BYU didn't play until about 1999 or because they were slated to play on Sunday.
Cal is ranked number two for some reason but I fear Cal, and Utah defeated BYU earlier this year.
