OK, I guess it depends on what you mean by "blossoming". I took it to mean something that is in the early developmental stages. Maybe you meant it as the fully realized potential.
What do I care about your office? If your office gets a kick out of that statement, based on such a vague metaphor, they must be entertained easily.
