MikeWaters is an unknown quantity at this point
Default What is the implication in this change of BYU gay policy?

Can students now openly tell others that they are gay?

Can they form a sanctioned club/support-group?

Can they wear a shirt that says "gay and proud"?

Can they continue to wear lavender shirts and pink ties to sacrament meeting?

I'm trying to figure out what the real-world implication is.
