Very rarely I see a woman who is so attractive, that I literally have to repeatedly force myself not to look at her.

There is something biological there, that when a woman is particularly attractive, part of the brain lights up.

I would say yes. I've had it explained to me that their is not enough blood in a mans body to run two heads at the same time.

That is why the brain is functioning in the proper manner. The brain allocates resources and sends those resources where they are most needed. The second command center may need to be up for the upcoming event.

We are simple machines that function in a very efficient manner. With women on the other hand I'm not sure enough blood flows either direction to reach that top level.

I like this.

The conscious mind wants to concentrate, but part of the mind that is not entirely within conscious control hits the override, something it does naturally but which might be perceived by the conscious mind as malfunction.

So one might experience natural function as though it were malfunction.
