Default Lawsuit over TSA tussle at the airport

I thought this was an interesting story ... woman gets thrown around by TSA at the airport is suing.

Based on the video, it does look like they used excessive force. But when the news crew asks her if there was any disagreement that precipitated the fight, and she says "no, it came out of the blue," I don't believe her. TSA folks aren't the brightest bulbs, but I have a hard time believing she was mildly going along and some random police officer yanks her to the ground for no reason.

That tells me that she did something to provoke it. Whether the response was appropriate is a separate question. I hear that frequently in criminal battery cases. The real story usually begins to come out when I say "no judge is ever going to believe that, tell me what you think the OTHER person is going to say."
