Default Those of you that have access to the 5th standard work

The church manual, does it say anything about one adult giving a ride to one YM or YW?

Book 2 doesnt. Cannot speak for Book 1.

I would be shocked if anyone on this board could speak for Book 1. *rimshot*

I already told you that it doesn't. But if you're hesitant, you should follow your instincts and avoid it.

You really are a mullah, Mike. It would kill you to think you're doing something against the handbook.

I just want my superiors to approve it. Meaning that if someone one days says "why the hell were you doing this?" I can say "because we were told it was ok by our bishop, due to the peculiar workings of our ward".

I actually looked for this the other night and could find nothing in either book one or book two, although both book one and two have references to permission for travel for youth or church activities, but they are referring to group rides, as opposed to the sort of situtaion you are tlaking about.

If you want them to approve, tell them you are not comfortable with doing it and you either need their approval or to be released.

I'm ok with doing it. If there was a kid I wasn't ok with doing it, then I would make that known.

My original concern was because some on CB said it was not ok.
