I think it is a fantastic idea. Obviously the weather is a factor, but as some have suggested, you play that to your advantage. With Park City right around the corner, there are plently of activities to keep fans and bowl participants busy.
Couple that with a December basketball tournament or event and you've got a great event for the area, the conference and those involved.

Think of what? I can't take my eyes of that cheerleader.
Sing a hymn, sing a hymn.

Salt Lake fans like those Delta Center BYU games, but being a ticket season holder living in Provo, I'd rather they bring in the big names to the Marriot Center. I'm all for improving the basketball schedule, though. |

As far as BB scheduling, I'd rather take a game at the Delta Enirocare whatever Center with a big name than nothing at all. But as a Provo-ite season ticket holder, I'd rather get them in the Mariott Center, and I ain't driving up to Salt Lake in traffic to watch them play frickin' LAMAR. |

I know I've talked to my brother about this before, if you had 3 or 4 Utah teams in the weekend "tournament" you could bring 3 or 4 other teams from the same state like Gonzaga, Washington, Washington St. or something or Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, and Tulsa.
