Triathlon in August to support Food Bank/ Homless Shelter

Triathlon Participants and Volunteers Needed:

The Share a Smile Foundation and Food & Care Coalition are teaming up for the Annual Triathlon to help raise money for a permanent charity dental clinic at The Food & Care Coalition. This relaxed triathlon will be held in Orem at Scera Park, August 25th at 7:00 am and will include a 1/3 mile pool swim, a 7 mile bike ride, and a 5k run. The cost is a $35 entry fee for individuals or a $55 entry fee for relay teams (3 people working together, each doing a separate event). Individuals and teams are being sought to participate in the race. Registration forms and other information can be found at www.shareasmile.net or by calling Eileen at 374-8244.
Volunters are also needed to help on race day

from 6:00 am - 11:00 am. Breakfast and T-Shirts will be provided. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Nancy Mickiewicz at nancym@foodandcare.org or (801)373-1825. Assisting in the triathlon, organizing and follow through is a needed Eagle Scout Project.
