I think this is the link that he meant to post:
http://www.comingsoon.net/blog/2007/...op_25_of_1.php I have seen exactly zero of the films on that list, including zero of the honorable mentions. Maybe it's time to join Netflix. Will my life be enriched by the entertainment? |

I have seen several of them, including his #1 flick 'Once.' It was terrific and it was a definate top 5 for me as well. I also saw his #5 Hot Fuzz which was hillarious and terrific. No Country for Old Men was also very brutal, very though and very good. Those three moview were all in my top 5.

Hot Fuzz is freaking hilarious. Zodiac wasn't bad. Stardust was a pleasant surprise. Those are the only one's I've seen.

2007 was the year of the comedy. I don't remember a bunch of great dramatic films, but Hot Fuzz, Superbad, and Knocked Up were awesome.
I did like Zodiac, but similar to how I liked JFK: Great films portraying a biased and probably inaccurate perspective. There are still a few that I need to catch (Eastern Promises, the two westerns, and No Country come to mind), but I don't remember a year with this many great comedies.
