Is this a Chinatown or a strip mall with Asian stores? I'm not familiar with the area very much, so perhaps there are already a lot of Asian businesses, residents in the area?
I guess either way, it is a step in the right direction.

I have seen the plans for this project. It is nothing more than manufactured culture complete with a cheesy Chinese gate at the entrance. That said, it will be nicer than what is currently in that area.
