Propane bums!

I just had a propane tank replaced at our cabin. Didn't want it filled up. I get an invoice indicated they filled it up at $3.96/gallon...........$1600. I just called and said I had requested that they not fill it up and they admit it was a mistake.

Now, here's the 'bum' part...........they will sell it to me at $2.20/gallon if I keep it. Nice try fellas. BTW..........new customers pay $2.50/gallon. What a friggin ripoff. Must be supply/demand. Right? These alternate energy folks think they can start gouging people. Uh no.
