Water carriers

Cleaned the church today with another family. Some weeks only one family showed up. At least once no assigned family showed up. I was thinking to myself, who shows up and who doesn't? The water carriers show up. You know, the ones who are productive responsible people. There are a helluva lot of americans who don't want to carry any water. But they sure drink the water. A society such as that cannot last. We are raising up a nation of little selfish shits. God help us.

They usually assign 3-4 families a week from our ward to clean the building. Every week that it's my turn, I'm the only one there, besides the building coordinators. People just figure someone else will do it - which is true, I guess.

You ain't as bad as they say you are. Give me an army of men that show up, and we will get somewhere.
