Training Tip #2
Work on getting a more aerodynamic position. For example rest the outer palms of your hands on your hoods, with both pinkies underneath the brake. This will give you a forward position, with still enough security to be able to brake, and not go over the bars.
When I get in a more aero position, I notice my speed going up 0.5mph with no change in effort. |
