I've heard Bronco get his pride voice on several times calling out the fans and referencing the BC incident where some in the crowd boo'ed. Though I was there and didn't feel it was so much aggressive booing as a bunch of mild groans collected together.

Bronco still has some of the Gary Crowton staff bitterness left over. He needs to give the fan base a break, understanding passionate fans like myself are THE reason he can be paid a million a year to coach a game.

I think he thinks he's big enough and popular enough that he can attack a large segment of the fan base using the huge leverage he has with the super-optimistic/supportive/mullah/homer segment of the fan base. It's not going to do him any good. He needs to drop this adversarial thing he has going and acknowledge and be grateful for the passion of the fans--all the fans, even the ones that got Crowton fired.

Someday he might need them in his corner.
