Default I propose another boycott for tomorrow... "A Day Without Utes."

Since today's "A Day Without Immigrants" proceedings have been so successful, I move that all Utes take tomorrow off from work (or welfare, or whatever it is that Utes do) just so that we can enjoy "A Day Without Utes." I'm sure that traffic accidents will be down, trash will go uncollected, and McDonald's will declare bankruptcy. Plus we'll breathe easier knowing that we're free of the Utes for those 24 hours.

Thank you.

traffic was down today. I vote we have days without immigrants every day.

Add Utes in there, and that removes about 70% of the smoke-spewing beaters on the road.

I was sad that my favorite taco shops were closed today.

Meanwhile, I'm sure the prophet and most of the Q12 will be glad to have tomorrow off....

My buddy just told me that Beto's was closed all day today. I wonder where the citizenry of Utah has gone for delicious breakfast burritos instead!

I have a neighbor who is the owner of one of the best Mexican restaraunts in all of Utah (my opinion). Yesterday at church, I asked him if he was going to be closed today to participate. He said that he wasn't going to be closed because "My family came to this country through the legal channels. I don't support illegals."

What restaurant does he own, and what are your favorite dishes there? I'll have to check it out.

The restaraunt is El Farol in Midvale (7200 South and about 150 West). I really like the tamales, the chile rellenos and the enchiladas. Trya any of the variety of the platters or cobinations and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
