Arlen Specter, the repackaged Democrat senator, is facing a primary challenge from Democrat congressman Joe Sestak. Yesterday he sent out a Tweet (yes, he's 79; no, I don't think he's actually the one doing the "tweeting") about Sestak missing House votes on their first day back in session on Tuesday:
