This can't be the first you've heard of this. There has been great discussion on what will happen if his eligibility is determined null before Jan 20, who would be the president-elect: Biden, McCain, or Bush?

Or maybe it's only been amongst us ConLaw geeks on the Federalist Paper message boards.

Well plus the fact that his middle name proves that he's a muslim terrorist. I can't believe 66 million Americans never noticed that.

The details of Obama's birth have been confirmed by the state of Hawaii for ages. Further, Obama's birth was listed in the local newspaper the day after his birth. If this is some kind of forgery, it's on a mindblowing scale.

It is Hawaii's policy not to release original birth certificates, hence, Obama's has never been produced. The state has instead confirmed the existence of the certificate, and provided the details of the birth, and that is likely all we'll ever have released publicly.

Yeah it sounds like anyone applying for a job in the Obama administration will pretty much have to produce an original birth certificate, so why shouldn't he?
