Actually, as you may not be aware of this, I'll explain a little about numbers. Poll numbers have to be at least zero (you can't have a negative percentage of poll respondents). He was at about 32%, therefore, common sense would dictate that yes, the numbers could do four things:

1. Go up
2. Go down
3. Stay the same
4. Blow up

I'm not surprised I have to explain this to you.

Don't tell George Bush what he can and cannot do. If he wants a negative percentage of poll respondents, he will get it.

Don't bother with hoya, stonewall. I don't think he even takes himself seriously. I'd recommend just ignoring him. He just talks to hear himself speak, anyway.
