Yesterday it looked like a storm was going to blow in so I decided to head to the gym to spin. It was late so I was in the room by myself just trying to get my hour in. At the fifty minute mark a pretty 20 something girl comes in to get some paper towels out of the room and looks over and says "nice legs". Most likely she is a gym employee paid to do this but it did get this old boys heart pumping and I went an extra 15 minutes after that.

It is amazing what a nice comment from a pretty girl will do, until they say, "Sir."

Then your heart sinks.

perhaps she thought you so old and so unlikely that a comment like that wouldn't give you any ideas.

I hope for your sake you were wearing baggy shorts at the time.

My heart doesnt pump out enough blood to make my legs spin and work that part of the body at the same time so that wasn't a problem.
