On the multiple drug resistant TB patient
I think it's funny that he is a lawyer. Even more funny that he is a personal injury lawyer.
I think this fits pretty well into the stereotype of "I am important, and everyone else be damned." "I could have died if I didn't return!" Umm, you also may have killed other people in your attempt to save your own life. Lawyers understand rules and regulations better than anyone. So he knew exactly what he was doing. For heaven's sake, his father-in-law is a TB expert. He says he couldn't afford $100,000 for a private jet. I guess being responsible for the death of others is peanuts compared to 100k. If a single person gets sick, I think he will be paying more than 100k. If he dies soon, maybe I can write his epitaph. "Selfish asshole, died young." |
