on lawsuits, frivolous
let's say that, hypothetically speaking, a really awful icestorm rolls into town. And let's say that (again, strictly theoretical here) someone were to slip on the driveway on the way to the mailbox to mail a friend's birthday card, and that he/she hit his/her head REALLY REALLY hard on the pavement.
Whom does one sue in this instance? |

God. And assuming you can't serve God with a subpoena, then put a lien on his assets. Meaning the LDS church of course.

I was thinking of either suing the USPS for no longer providing front-porch service, or perhaps the construction company that poured my driveway for making the pavement so hard. |

Sue your parents for not teaching you how to walk properly.

Your compassion is duly noted, but the above circumstance is, you understand, described strictly for the purpose of a hypothetical exercise.

Why didn't the city plow your driveway for you? You pay taxes damnit.
