I think this is the link that he meant to post:

http://www.comingsoon.net/blog/2007/...op_25_of_1.php

I have seen exactly zero of the films on that list, including zero of the honorable mentions. Maybe it's time to join Netflix. Will my life be enriched by the entertainment?

The only one I saw on either list was Ratatouille.

Me, too. And I think I even missed part of that one on account of a potty break.

I didn't see anything on his top 25 list, and only Bourne Ultimatum on the honorable mention list. I've given up on movies for the most part. I find that they're rarely worth the $10.

I buy discounted movie passes for $5.50 each. So I can see movies after they have been out a couple weeks for a reasonable price.

In my area, both cinemark and AMC tickets can be purchased in this way.

Nor have I seen any of those films. I haven't even heard of most all but 3 or 4 of those movies.

I saw exactly one movie at a theater in '07 - The Simpsons Movie.

Hot Fuzz is freaking hilarious. Zodiac wasn't bad. Stardust was a pleasant surprise. Those are the only one's I've seen.

2007 was the year of the comedy. I don't remember a bunch of great dramatic films, but Hot Fuzz, Superbad, and Knocked Up were awesome.

I did like Zodiac, but similar to how I liked JFK: Great films portraying a biased and probably inaccurate perspective. There are still a few that I need to catch (Eastern Promises, the two westerns, and No Country come to mind), but I don't remember a year with this many great comedies.
