UH is looking for a head coach.
Mitt is just the type of outsider that could go to the Islands and shake things up over there.

If he ends up losing by less than 5, I think he's still in. If the margin stays as it is now or gets worse, his hill to climb just got that much longer.

If you average the two, Romney is still in the lead. I think we've seen that Romney's strategy has failed, but I don't think we've seen that it needed to succeed. Until one candidate takes a lead overall, Romney can finish second every time.

The problem is momentum. These things do not happen in a vacuum. Huckabee/Iowa and McCain/NH will undoubtedly affect Michigan and South Carolina. Romney needs to be able to cast himself as a winner, not, as Jerry Seinfeld would say, the perpetual #1 loser. But I agree, he's not out yet. The more interesting story tonight is the Obama-Clinton race. Unless something dramatic happens with the later precincts, this will not be a blowout win for Obama (no matter who actually wins). I would call that a net win for Clinton. If Clinton actually wins, it significantly damages Obama.
