Default Stake activity - BYU vs TCU

I had decided not to attend this game. But now I will probably have to go because the stake is making it a stake youth activity. sux.

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

You will have a spectacular evening. I predict you will watch BYU secure its second outright MWC championship!

Enjoy!

Were you in the group that showed up in Portal Y with about 35 giggling beehives (or thereabouts)?

I decided to remove myself to a more man-friendly environ to finish watching the game...

I was able to beg off attending when I explained the moral dilemma they were putting me in by making me watch Tavernari in person.

They understood.

It's a test from the Lord, on whether I will forgive Tavernari or not.

It's hinging on that first game in the NCAAs.
