I watched this DVD last night:

It is based on the Scopes Monkey Trial. Fascinating movie. I kept thinking that they must have taking some real liberties telling the story. But I did some research after watching the movie and was amazed at how much of the dialog and how many of the details of the trial were true to history. That was a fascinating event.

With all of the recent discussion here on evolution, you may find this interesting. Excellent script and acting.
