of course when the home is found to be a danger, a kid can be removed. this happens all the time.
I'm talking about where the kid isn't in danger, but is merely a witness, and the state doesn't want the witness tampered with. The only "beating" I am aware of, was alleged over the phone, and the state elected not to arrest the suspect (presumably because of zero evidence that he could have committed the assault). |
